Booking request terms

1. Request and confirmation

We review each submitted request manually. A transfer is confirmed only when an operator expressly confirms it through an agreed contact channel. We may ask for clarification, propose changes, or decline a request before confirmation.

2. Price and itinerary

A fixed price shown by the site applies only to the exact route, date, passenger and luggage details in that quote while the quote remains valid. Manual locations, stops, changed details or special requirements may require a revised price. The operator will identify any revision before confirmation.

3. Information you provide

You must provide reasonably accurate contact and trip information and choose a pickup time in the future. Please tell the operator about children, accessibility needs, oversized luggage, additional stops, waiting requests or other special requirements. The operator checks a suitable setup before confirmation; other special arrangements are not guaranteed merely because they appear in a request.

4. Airport meeting, payment and cancellation

At Phuket Airport, you will be met with a sign near Gate 2 for international arrivals, or near Gate A for domestic arrivals.

Airport waiting is free if your arriving flight is delayed. If your flight details change, contact us with your request reference.

Pay in advance by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, or pay the driver in cash. Ask the operator for advance payment instructions.

Up to one child seat is included in the price. Request it when booking and provide the child's age so the operator can confirm a suitable setup.

You can change or cancel your booking at least 3 hours before pickup. Contact the operator with your request reference.

For later requests, no-show, any deposit or refund arrangements, contact the operator. No automatic refund is promised.

5. Changes and availability

Availability is checked by an operator. If you change a confirmed itinerary, the operator may need to re-check availability and price. Do not treat travel as arranged until you have received express confirmation.

6. Contact and applicable law

Questions about a request should include the public request reference, but not unnecessary personal or payment information. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity in Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Google Maps location tools

Google Maps suggestions and the optional map pin help identify the pickup point or destination requested by the customer. Google Maps does not determine Phuket Coast Taxi's service zone, fare, vehicle availability, or acceptance of a booking request. Phuket Coast Taxi's internal zone and published tariff remain authoritative. If a selected Google place cannot be matched safely to the selected service zone, or if a location is entered manually, the request may require manual confirmation and the operator may ask for clarification or issue a revised quote before the transfer is confirmed. Use of the Google Maps features is also subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth terms.
